Warranty Terms and Conditions

Scope of protection

The warranty covers the quality of the product only with regard to:

• Delamination of the film;
• Formation of bubbles (excluding the formation of bubbles due to the installation process);
• Yellowing of the surface (excluding the natural aging process of the material).

The warranty is limited exclusively to the reapplication of the film on the element on which the material defect has been found.

It exclusively includes the coating of factory-painted surfaces free from defects.

Terms

The warranty does not cover:

• Mechanical damage to the surface protected with film resulting from improper use;
• Defects and damage resulting from incorrect application or negligence in care;
• Actions by third parties;
• The effects of improper car care, the application of coatings not recommended by the manufacturer (only coatings specifically intended for PPF films are dedicated), the use of abrasives or aggressive chemicals;
• The effects of the film on repainted elements (the manufacturer is not responsible for paint detachment during removal of the film from such elements);
• Paint repairs, regardless of the cause of the damage;
• Use of the film on vinyl surfaces, structural plastics or surfaces other than factory paint;
• When the warranty must be transferred to the subsequent purchaser of the vehicle (the warranty is non-transferable).

Formal requirements

• Basis of the warranty: application carried out by a professional applicator at a certified studio.
• Mandatory submission of the application request within 30 days from the installation date on the website:
• Proof of purchase of the film or service (receipt/invoice) and complete completion of the online warranty form are required.
• Reporting of installation defects or damage to the film within 48 hours of their detection to the party who carried out the application.
• Carry out the first inspection between 7 and 21 days after installation at the place of application.
• Further warranty inspections: at least every 10,000 km or once a year.

Conditions of use of the film

• Use only non-aggressive chemical products;
• Avoid high-pressure washing directly at the edges of the film;
• Maintain a minimum distance of 50 cm between the pressure washer nozzle and the protected surface;
• Follow the recommendations set out in the “Care of protective films” instructions.

Claims

The claim must include:

• Proof of purchase of the PPF film (invoice/receipt);
• The sales invoice for the installation service;
• The batch number / film roll number / order number.

Claim for defects other than those listed above:

• Before removing the liner (protective film on the adhesive side), the surface of the film must be checked;
• Claims relating to film defects are accepted only until the liner has been pre-adhered.

Final provisions

• The manufacturer’s warranty covers the product.
• The warranty for installation and removal is established individually by the film installer.

Proof of warranty consists of:

• The application request registered on the website:
• The purchase document for the film or service.
