Absolute control, Perfect Positioning
Professional Solution for PPF Installation Paint Protection Film & Vinyl Wrap
Slip Solution
Slip Solution represents the technological evolution in the installation of PPF protective films. Unlike DIY solutions or cosmetic products adapted to the task, it has been specifically formulated to meet the needs of automotive professionals who require surgical precision and long-lasting results.
Ultra-concentrated dosage (1%): 10 ml makes 1 L of active solution.
100% compatible with all PPF and Vinyl Wrap brands.
‘Zero Residue’ action: prevents yellowing and early lifting.
‘Cushion Effect’ slip: enables millimetric positioning.
Controlled adhesion: activates only under squeegee pressure.
Slip Solution is specifically formulated for Car Care & Detailing professionals who work on protective film installation. Unlike general-purpose products such as common soaps or gels, it uses a pharmaceutical-grade non-ionic surfactant matrix.
Technical Details
The surfactants create a stable hydrodynamic cushion between the film and the bodywork, allowing precision positioning during application. Under the mechanical pressure of the squeegee, the formulation collapses instantly, expelling the liquid completely without leaving residues.
This mechanism, called Lock-on-Demand, eliminates the risk of trapping polymers or oils in the adhesive zone — a common issue with substitute products such as baby shampoo, which can cause hazing or progressive weakening of the adhesive.

Application Guide
01
Standard Dilution: Mix 8–12 ml of Slip Solution in 1 liter of distilled water (ratio ~1:100). The use of tap water is not recommended due to the presence of limescale and minerals.
02
Shaking: Gently shake the spray bottle to homogenize the solution without creating excessive foam.
03
Surface Preparation: Clean and decontaminate the car’s surface thoroughly before application.
04
Spraying: Generously spray Slip Solution on both the bodywork and the adhesive side of the film (after removing the liner).
05
Positioning: Position the film. The solution allows it to slide freely for perfect placement.
06
Setting: Once in position, use a PPF-specific squeegee, working from the center outward to push out the liquid and lock the adhesive.
Pro tip:
On very hot days you can slightly increase the dose (up to 15 ml/L) to slow drying and gain more positioning time.
Ideal Use Cases
PPF installation on complex hoods and bumpers
Vinyl Wrap and graphics application
Window Tint film installation
Curved surfaces where repositioning is critical
